Preliminary Lists of Candidates Representing Insurance Companies for Membership on the Board of Directors of the Policyholders and Beneficiaries Protection Fund – Wednesday, 19 November 2025
The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) announces the two preliminary lists of candidates nominated by insurance companies who meet the eligibility requirements applicable to both the member company of the Fund and its nominated representative. The lists include: (i) companies operating in life insurance, and (ii) companies operating in property and liability insurance, in accordance with the provisions of Clause (3) of Article (7) of FRA Board Resolution No. (3) of 2019 concerning the rules and procedures governing the selection of representatives of insurance companies to the Board of Directors of the Policyholders and Beneficiaries Protection Fund, as follows:
