With reference to the provisions of Investment Law No. (72) of 2017 and its amendments under Law No. (141) of 2019, as well as the Prime Ministerial Decree No. (2731) of 2019 amending the Executive Regulations of the Investment Law which grant the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) the right to request the data and information necessary to calculate foreign investment assets from public and private entities for statistical purposes—and which obligate all companies operating in the Arab Republic of Egypt to complete the quarterly statistical form issued under Prime Ministerial Decree No. (2732) of 2019 within a period not exceeding 45 days from the end of each quarter:
Please be advised that the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Department at the FRA has commenced receiving FDI forms for the third quarter (January–March) of FY 2025/2026, ending on 31 March 2026, starting Wednesday, 1 April 2026. The submission window will remain open for forty-five (45) days, ending on 15 May 2026.

Kindly note that failure to submit the statistical form within the specified deadline may subject the person responsible for the actual management of the legal entity to a fine not exceeding EGP 50,000, provided that they were aware of the violation and that their breach of duties contributed to its occurrence, in accordance with Article (91 bis) of the Investment Law.

Accordingly, you are kindly requested to promptly submit the duly completed forms, ensuring full compliance with all acceptance requirements, prior to the deadline.
Forms to be Used:
Please use the updated form available at the links below when completing the quarterly data. A new field has been added for non-operating profits or losses (e.g., foreign exchange differences, revaluation gains/losses).
