Final Lists of Candidates Representing Insurance Companies for Membership on the Board of Directors of the Policyholders and Beneficiaries Protection Fund – Monday, 1 December 2025
The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) announces the two final lists of candidates nominated by insurance companies who meet the eligibility requirements applicable to both the member company of the Fund and its nominated representative. The lists cover: (i) companies operating in life insurance, and (ii) companies operating in property and liability insurance. Elections are scheduled to take place at the Fund’s headquarters located at 48 El-Thawra Street, Dokki, Giza, on Sunday, 7 December 2025, at 10:00 a.m., in accordance with the provisions of Clause (3) of Article (9) of FRA Board Decree No. (3) of 2019, regarding the rules and procedures governing the selection of representatives of insurance companies on the Board of Directors of the Policyholders and Beneficiaries Protection Fund, as follows:
