FRA’s Engagement in International Organizations

The International Relations Department aims at paving the road to achieve FRA’s vision in terms of expanding communication with peer regulatory authorities and development partners worldwide, in alignment with Egypt’s Vision 2030.

This is achieved through various means, including: cooperation with peer authorities, coordination with international organizations related to the non-banking financial markets, active participation in all regional and international conferences, meetings and forums, highlighting Egypt’s pivotal role, as well as securing prominent positions for FRA in relevant international organizations.

In addition, the department seeks to initiate new communication channels and establish necessary consultations to keep up with developments affecting the performance of non-banking financial markets at the Arab, African, and international levels. This is accomplished through signing MoUs, discussing and developing bilateral and multilateral cooperation agreements, with the aim to facilitate exchanging information, operational and technical regulatory expertise, training opportunities, and other topics of common interest.
