The President issued Decision No. 353 of 2022, appointing
Dr. Mohamed Farid Saleh as Acting Chairman of the Board of Directors of the
Financial Regulatory Authority.

The Prime Minister issued Decision No. 2978 of 2022, reconstituting
the Board of Directors of the Financial Regulatory Authority for four years,
headed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Authority.
