Welcome to the Sustainability & Climate-related Disclosure Assessment (ESG & TCFD) portal — an interactive dashboard developed by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) to enhance the quality of sustainability and climate-related disclosures, support transparency, and improve disclosure practices. Recognizing that compliance with disclosure requirements—while important—does not necessarily reflect the quality and effectiveness of disclosures, an integrated approach was adopted combining:

1. Quantitative (compliance) analysis,
2. Qualitative (content) analysis.

to assess disclosures quality in terms of Accuracy & Clarity, Effectiveness, Endorsement, Timeliness, and Supporting documents—shifting the focus from "compliance" to "quality". In this context, the Sustainable Development Department has developed and applied a comprehensive methodology to assess (ESG & TCFD) disclosure quality, based on international best practices and adapted to the Egyptian market environment and local regulatory requirements, in line with FRA Board of Directors decree No. 107 and 108 of 2021. This portal presents the results of the Qualitative (content) analysis for Sustainability & Climate-related Disclosure of non-banking financial institutions (NBFIs) & listed companies through an interactive dashboard and Highlight top-performing compaanies.
