FRA Brings Staff Together for a Day of Recreation and Fun – Sunday 26 October 2025

FRA organized a recreational day for its staff in Ain Sokhna, as part of its ongoing commitment to foster sense of belonging and promote a positive work environment among all employees across various departments.

This event comes within the Authority’s efforts to support its employees and improve the work environment through activities that help break the daily routine, reduce work stress and strengthen human relations among colleagues – all of which positively impact performance and productivity within the Authority.

The event drew wide participation from the Authority’s leaders and employees. They engaged in a range of competitions and interactive activities that embodied cooperation and teamwork, reflecting the Authority’s commitment to provide a healthy work environment built on mutual appreciation and institutional belonging.

In this context, Dr. Mohamed Farid – FRA Chairman highlighted the fundamental importance of staff care, stating that a positive work environment is key to develop institutional performance and achieve excellence. He explained that FRA considers human capital its most valuable and sustainable investment, an approach that pays off by directly boosting work quality and service efficiency. Furthermore, these recreational activities act as a tangible form of appreciation for the employees’ crucial efforts in driving the Authority’s strategic plans for the non-banking financial sector and the national economy.

This recreational activity comes as an extension of the Authority’s approach to invest in human capital, as it is considered the main pillar for improving institutional performance and enhancing the Authority’s competitive capabilities, thereby supporting its vision to develop the non- banking financial sector and increase its contributions to the national economy.
