It introduces new regulations and legislation to help these institutions achieve their financial and operational goals with full emphasis on ensuring financial stability of markets and integrity of transactions. In addition, FRA aims to strike a balance among all participants (investors, institutions, etc.) while also ensuring the markets function smoothly (efficiency) and all transactions are clear and open (transparency).
