FRA has launched a groundbreaking, comprehensive digital portal encompassing all legislations governing non-bank financial activities and markets under its supervision. This initiative is designed to significantly enhance the legislative and regulatory impact while facilitating seamless access to critical frameworks for all stakeholders. Whether for existing investors seeking to expand and develop their businesses or prospective investors exploring growth opportunities within the non-bank financial sector, thus supporting national economic growth and job creation.

The first-of-its-kind portal provides an integrated database that includes all laws, regulatory decisions, circulars and executive regulations, both past, present and amended that regulate insurance activities,  capital market, finance, financial technology, sustainability,  voluntary carbon market, Anti-Money laundering and terrorism financing, accounting standards, auditors, movable guarantees and other legislations related to non-bank financial activities.
