FRA issues a periodical memo on obliging Securities Companies to notify their clients of transactions held on listed and unlisted securities. The Authority notes that some brokerage companies do not notify their clients of transactions held on listed and unlisted securities on the Egyptian Exchange’s exchanges, thus violating the legal rules governing this matter. In this respect, FRA stresses that brokerage companies shall notify their clients of the transactions held on listed and unlisted securities , including a detailed statement of transactions , purchasing and selling price , date of execution, deducted commissions and expenses.
