The agreement aims to achieve preventive control over companies and advance the concepts of corporate governance, including family and state-owned companies. In addition, it seeks the exchange of legislative knowledge, technical systems, work mechanisms applied to distressed companies and ways to prevent insolvency, liquidate companies, and refrain from liquidation and not infringe on rights holders in the event of distress and liquidation.
