Approvals include Adva Consumer Finance, GRANITE Financial Holding, CI Capital Securities Brokerage, Luminsoft, EFG Holding, EFG Hermes International Securities Brokerage, and Hermes Securities Brokerage.

Fintech Committee has granted Adva Consumer Finance a license to operate as a Fintech startup within the consumer finance sector.

Furthermore, the Committee granted license to GRANITE Financial Holding to deploy fintech solutions for managing fund subscriptions and streamline the execution of purchase and redemption orders for open-ended fund units.

The Committee also authorized EFG Holding and its brokerage subsidiaries – EFG Hermes International and Hermes Securities Brokerage – to onboard VLens (registered under No. 4 in Fintech Outsourcing Registry). This approval covers the deployment of digital identity authentication, E-KYC, E-contracting, supported by a secure infrastructure for digital archiving and data retrieval.

The Committee also approved Luminsoft (registered No. 1 in Fintech Outsourcing Registry) to expand its technological scope by integrating new solutions into its licensed operations.
