- FRA Honors 70 children of its employees for Academic Excellence from Primary to University

FRA hosted a ceremony to celebrate the academic excellence of approximately 70 children of its employees. These students were recognized for successfully completing various educational milestones, ranging from primary and preparatory school through secondary school and university graduation.
This event underscores FRA’s dedication to foster a strong sense of community and belonging among its employees and their families. It also highlights the Authority’s ongoing efforts to create a positive and supportive work environment, while simultaneously encouraging academic excellence among the next generation.
One of the students presented a video overview of non-bank financial activities, outlining various investment opportunities available within the sector. The presentation emphasized the role of such investments, particularly in Precious Metals funds in fostering a culture of saving.
Dr. Mohamed Farid, FRA Chairman commenced the ceremony by extending his sincere congratulations to the high-achieving children of FRA employees. He conveyed his best wishes for their continued academic success and future professional pursuits. Dr. Farid underscored the vital role of lifelong learning and the pursuit of excellence in achieving both personal and professional distinction, while also emphasizing their contribution to enhance the competitive capacity of the Egyptian economy.
He emphasized that children have a responsibility to recognize and appreciate the sacrifices their parents make. Parents endure hardship and fatigue to provide a stable and nurturing environment, striving to meet their children’s needs. During his address at the ceremony, he further elaborated on the reciprocal role children play in this dynamic. He stated that children, at every stage of their education, have a significant opportunity to validate their parents’ efforts. By dedicating themselves to their studies, striving for top marks in all subjects.
Finally, Dr. Farid emphasized the Authority’s commitment to develop and enhance employee capabilities to improve workplace efficiency, effectiveness, productivity and achievement. This, he explained, is crucial for strengthening the Authority’s competitive edge and realizing its vision of bolstering the non-bank financial sector’s contribution to the national economy. He noted that these improvements would positively affect employees’ well-being and living standards, enabling them to better support their children’s education and development.
