With reference to the work of the committee formed by FRA Chairman’s Decision No. (2052) of 2022, issued on 30 November 2022, to examine the nomination applications submitted by representatives of companies listed on the Egyptian exchanges for the electoral cycle of the Board of Directors of the Investor Protection Fund (2021–2024), and in light of the committee’s findings, as well as pursuant to Clause (4) of Article (1) of the decision establishing the committee:
