Corporate governance establishes a framework of principles and procedures to ensure the responsible management of a company. This framework aims to balance the interests of various parties, including the board of directors, shareholders, and other stakeholders who may be impacted by the company’s actions. These principles are particularly crucial for publicly traded companies and large financial institutions with a shareholder structure.

 Corporate Governance Principles:

International Corporate Governance Principles establish a comprehensive framework for responsible company management. These principles are organized into six key sections: Ensuring the Basis for an Effective Corporate Governance Framework, Shareholders’ Rights, Equitable Treatment of Shareholders, Stakeholders’ Functions, Disclosure and Transparency and Responsibilities of the Board.
