Reports and Inquiries

Report a Violation / General Inquiries:

Consistent with the Authority’s commitment to consumer protection – a cornerstone of its strategic goals – FRA provides dedicated channels for citizens to report violations from unlicensed entities regarding financial, investment, or financing products. Reports should be accompanied by supporting evidence of the violation. Beyond reporting, the Authority welcomes general inquiries and requests for information, particularly regarding the legal and regulatory frameworks governing IPOs and private placements.

The Authority maintains a comprehensive registry of all entities licensed to provide non-banking financial, investment, and insurance services. FRA strongly encourage consumers to verify providers through this tool before any engagement. Additionally, the Authority publishes the “Negative List”—a public registry of unlicensed entities identified through verified reports. This list serves as a critical warning that dealing with unlicensed entities carries significant financial risk. FRA remains committed to take firm legal action against these entities to protect consumer interests.
