Important Notice

The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) emphasizes that all companies, associations, and non-governmental organizations engaged in financing micro, small, or medium enterprises are required to obtain a license from the Authority to carry out such activities. Applications for licensing, along with the required supporting documents, must be submitted at the FRA headquarters located in Smart Village – Building No. (136B), Financial District, Km 28 Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road, Giza.

This requirement is intended to prevent such entities from being subject to any liabilities or violations stipulated under Law No. 141 of 2014 and its amendments governing the conduct of micro, small, and medium enterprise financing activities without a license.
