 In support of women’s participation in corporate leadership and decision-making, and in line with FRA regulatory decisions Nos. (123) and (124) of 2019 and Decision No. (50) of 2020, which require the presence of at least one female member on the boards of directors of companies and federations operating in the non-bank financial sector, the FRA has launched the Empowering Women mobile application.

The application enables women interested in board membership to register their professional profiles in a dedicated database, which will be made available to companies supervised by the FRA to facilitate the selection of female board members.

The application is available on both Android and iOS platforms.
