The Insurance Supervision and Control Law, Law No. 10/1981, stresses the paramount importance of providing training programs for insurance professionals, namely surveyors, loss adjustors, and insurance and reinsurance intermediaries, at any institute accredited by FRA.

FRA also requires surveyors and loss adjustors to have training in insurance principles, laws, and regulations governing their clients.

FRA’s training arms, the Financial Services Institute (FSI) and the Egyptian Center for Arbitration and Settlement of Non-Banking Financial Disputes (ECAS), have held a suite of specialized workshops and seminars for insurance professionals to enhance their roles.
