The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) announces that, pursuant to FRA Board Decree No. (102) of 2019, which provides for the final revocation of the license and removal of United Insurance Company from the register of insurance and reinsurance companies, the company’s obligations have been transferred as follows:

Policyholders of compulsory motor insurance policies

Their rights and obligations have been transferred to the Government Fund for the Coverage of Damages Resulting from Road Transport Accidents, located at:

10 Al-Alfy Street, intersection with Emad El-Din Street, Cairo

Policyholders of other insurance policies

Their rights and obligations have been transferred to the Policyholders Protection Fund, located at:

10 Iran Street, Dokki, Fourth Floor.

The Authority confirms that all obligations related to the company’s policies have been transferred to the above-mentioned funds and calls on beneficiaries of insurance policies issued by the company to contact the relevant fund to complete the necessary procedures.
