    Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Morocco 20/10/2022 Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) of the Arab Republic of Egypt and The Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS) of the Kingdom of Morocco in the field of information exchange and joint cooperation The Memorandum aims for a plethora of objectives, including the exchange of expertise and regulatory and supervisory information in all aspects of insurance. It seeks cooperation in training, capacity building, and technical assistance between the two countries, especially in technical systems used in the supervision and control of insurance companies, RegTech and SupTech, and related activities. The Memorandum also aims to cooperate and coordinate between the two countries in the field of applying the standards issued by the International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS) and comparing the extent of progress recorded in this field with the current situation in both countries while also developing the necessary mechanisms to encourage cooperation and enhance common interests, and seeking to take common positions in international and regional organizations and forums to advance the insurance sector and protect the rights of policyholders in both Egypt and Morocco.
