Each contains a set of detailed tenets, namely:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Existence of a practical corporate governance framework.<\/li>\n<li>Rights of shareholders.<\/li>\n<li>Fair treatment of shareholders.<\/li>\n<li>Role of stakeholders in corporate governance.<\/li>\n<li>Disclosure and transparency.<\/li>\n<li>Responsibilities of the Board of Directors.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Corporate Governance Principles for Private Pension Funds:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A guide to the governance of private pension funds is attached to FRA BoD Decree No. 101 of 2015.
