The Investor Protection Fund against Non-Commercial Risks announces the opening of nominations for the election of members of its Board of Directors representing companies operating in securities and financial instruments, as well as companies listed on the Egyptian exchanges. This is in accordance with the provisions of Clause (2) of Article (6) of Prime Ministerial Decree No. 2339 of 2019 concerning the reorganization of the Fund, and subject to the eligibility criteria set out in FRA Board Resolution No. 213 of 2024 governing the rules and procedures for selecting such representatives.
\n\u2022 Nomination applications must be submitted, duly signed by the Chairman of the Board of the company, along with all supporting documents evidencing fulfillment of the required conditions as stipulated in the aforementioned FRA Board Resolution. Applications should be submitted to the Investor Protection Fund against Non-Commercial Risks at its head office (Plot No. 72, First Sector, City Center, off 90 South Street, Fifth Settlement, New Cairo), during the period from Monday, 14 October 2024 to Thursday, 17 October 2024, within official working hours (8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.).
\n\u2022 The Nomination Review Committee established by the Financial Regulatory Authority will be responsible for verifying the fulfillment of eligibility criteria by both the member company of the Fund and its nominee, and for announcing the lists of candidates.
