FRA hosted awareness lectures benefiting 441 trainees, followed by qualifying exams taken by 333 candidates. Ultimately, 228 trainees were selected for practical training across Authority departments, divided into three cohorts that each completed a full month of training.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the closing ceremony, Dr. Islam Azzam, FRA Chairman presented certificates to participants. He praised their dedication, discipline and drive to acquire knowledge and develop practical skills. He emphasized that investing in human capital and equipping young talent for labor market are core pillars of FRA\u2019s efforts to develop the non-banking financial sector and maximize its contribution to the national economy. Concurrently, the Authority is expanding its digital infrastructure and strengthening electronic integration with federations and regulated companies. Participants gained valuable insight into FinTech and digital services, observing how FRA fosters market innovation while protecting consumer rights.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The program offered full workplace immersion, placing students in departments aligned with their academic fields while rotating them through key operations.
