The move aligns with the FRA\u2019s commitment to accelerate digital transformation, broaden financial access and leverage FinTech to enhance product offerings for market participants.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The approvals include granting \u201cAshal Financial Microfinance\u201d a license to offer microfinance services through integrated FinTech channels, while \u201cManzil for Consumer and Real Estate Finance\u201d received final authorization to provide consumer finance and mortgage services digitally.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">In the investment fund segment, \u201cMenthum Holding for Financial Investments\u201d was approved to process subscriptions, purchases and redemptions for licensed open-ended investment funds via FinTech platforms and \u201cAzimut Egypt Investments\u201d was licensed to establish a dedicated digital platform for private equity and venture capital funds.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">These approvals support the development of specialized digital channels across the non-banking financial sector\u2014particularly in private equity and venture capital\u2014while streamlining service delivery through technology.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0The licenses fall under FRA\u2019s constitutional and legal mandate to regulate and supervise non-banking financial markets, including capital markets, futures exchanges, insurance, mortgages, leasing, factoring and securitization, in addition to approving the incorporation and licensing of companies operating across these markets, whether through traditional mechanisms or FinTech platforms.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) reaffirmed its commitment to scaling FinTech adoption across non-banking financial activities, enhancing the sector\u2019s digital infrastructure and delivering agile, efficient financial solutions.
