The company submitted its application prior to the issuance of FRA Resolution No. 43 of 2026 in February which suspended new incorporation requests and preliminary approvals for FinTech-based consumer finance licenses.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Additionally, FRA granted approval to &#8220;CFH Asset Management&#8221; to engage in portfolio management and investment fund management using FinTech solutions.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">These approvals are issued pursuant to FRA\u2019s constitutional and statutory mandate to regulate and supervise non-banking financial markets and instruments. The Authority\u2019s regulatory oversight covers capital markets, futures exchanges, insurance, real estate finance, leasing, factoring and securitization.
