The extension applies to all companies with securities or financial instruments listed on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX), as well as all entities operating under\u00a0 FRA\u2019s regulatory supervision, pushing the final submission date to June 15.<\/p>\n<p>The newly issued Resolution No. 112 of 2026 explicitly stipulates that the deadline for submitting periodic consolidated financial statements for the financial period ending March 31, 2026, has been extended for all listed firms and regulated entities to a maximum cutoff date of June 15.<\/p>\n<p>This decision is part of FRA\u2019s ongoing efforts to ease operational pressures for companies operating within the capital market and other non-banking financial sectors.<\/p>\n<p>This move follows a series of regulatory adjustments made by the board earlier this year. In March, FRA issued Resolution No. 65 of 2026, which extended the deadline for annual financial statements ending December 31, 2025, to April 30, while initially shifting the deadline for periodic statements ending March 31, 2026, to May 31.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, FRA issued Resolution No. 97 of 2026, which also extended the deadline to June 15 for insurance companies and pools.
