This strategic move is part of FRA\u2019s ongoing mission to bolster the efficiency and competitiveness of its regulated sectors. By broadening the scope of available financial services, FRA aims to enhance investment attractiveness and extend the reach of financial solutions to a wider base of beneficiaries.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Among the landmark approvals is the establishment of \u201cFawry Healthcare \u2013 Trimed\u201d which becomes the first company dedicated to Third-Party Administrator (TPA) healthcare management under the newly enacted Unified Insurance Law No. 155 of 2024 and FRA Resolution No. 229 of 2025. This specialized license is expected to significantly upgrade the quality of medical services and streamline administrative processes for patients, further enhancing financial inclusion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Additionally, FRA granted a license to \u201cMisr Reinsurance Brokerage\u201d to begin operations and join the official registry of reinsurance brokers, while Horizon Securities and Bonds received approval to facilitate subscriptions for investment fund units.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">FRA issues these licenses within its constitutional and legal mandate to regulate and supervise non-banking financial markets and instruments. This oversight spans capital markets, futures exchanges, insurance activities, mortgage finance, financial leasing, factoring, and securitization, as well as the incorporation and licensing of companies operating within these sectors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Incorporation and licensing decisions are issued based on the recommendations of Incorporation and Licensing Committee. This Committee is responsible for reviewing and issuing preliminary and final approvals for companies, processing requests for additional activities and mechanisms, and managing the opening, closing, or relocation of branches.
