This meeting marks Mr. Radwan\u2019s second visit to the Authority since his appointment decree was issued earlier this week.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left\">This follow-up engagement follows an initial reception by FRA Chairman Dr. Islam Azzam, where senior leaders convened to discuss frameworks for deepening bilateral cooperation.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left\">During the session, Mr. Al-Sayyad extended his congratulations to the new EGX Chairman, wishing him success. The meeting pivoted to strategic regulatory updates, specifically focusing on upgrading capital market frameworks and enhancing the operational efficiency of Short Selling.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left\">A key focus of the meeting was the strategic coordination required to transition temporarily listed companies toward final listing and Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). The two parties reviewed the technical measures the EGX must implement to support these entities in meeting the rigorous requirements for permanent listing status.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left\">During the meeting, Mr. Al-Sayyad emphasized the importance of promotional efforts to attract new listings to the Exchange.
